Strength & Conditioning training is the key to achieving optimal levels of sporting performance. Our Strength & Conditioning sessions focus on improving your athletic attributes such as Strength, Speed and Power through individualised programs.

 

In order to maximise your athletic potential, we take a holistic approach towards your athletic development which includes Plyometrics, Strength Training and Running and Movement Mechanics.



 

Before we start, as one of our athletes you will go through an initial function & performance assessment. This will help us create profiles based on your identified areas of strength and improvement. 

 

We then use these profiles in conjunction with high-performance software such as Velocity Based Training and Force Plates to build a program that will help you achieve your desired fitness outcomes.
